Quality Restaurant Ventures Announces Signing of Agreement to Develop Westshore Pizza Units in Miami |

Pizza Chain Continues Aggressive Expansion in Florida |
Quality Restaurant Ventures, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: QRVI), franchisor of Sobik's Subs sandwich restaurants, and Head West Enterprises, franchisor of Westshore Pizza, are pleased to announce the signing of an agreement Tuesday with the Southvest Company to co-develop a minimum of 50 Westshore Pizza restaurants over the next 90 months in the Miami area.
Paul Samson, Managing Member of Head West Enterprises, LLC, said he was pleased to sign an agreement with Southvest. "I am excited about this new adventure into the Miami marketplace," Samson said. "Southvest knows the area well and we should be set for success."
The first training and development store will open August 1st in Miami.
Westshore Pizza currently has 48 stores that are predominantly located in the greater Tampa Bay market. With aggressive area developers Westshore Pizza has plans for continued expansion throughout the state.
QRVI recently acquired a part of Head West Enterprises to combine economies of scale in marketing, purchasing and accounting and to help Westshore Pizza attract larger and more sophisticated developers.
Quality Restaurant Ventures, through franchising of Sobik's Subs has been in the submarine sandwich business for more than 35 years in Central Florida. Quality Restaurant Ventures' affiliate company, Ultimate Franchise Systems, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: UFSY), currently has investments in approximately 589 franchised restaurants and 40 weight loss clinics in 30 states throughout the United States.
